Rigo Giron

Mr. Rigo Giron

Managing Director VaCom Technologies & VP Industrial Refrigeration

Rigoberto has held senior positions in for-profit and non-profit organizations during which time he led numerous change management, business turn-around, corporate strategy and business development initiatives that were catalytic in creating long-term value and growth. He has multiple entrepreneurial achievements driving innovation in start ups and assuring operational excellence in multinational organizations.

As a senior executive, he has extensive experience in distribution operations and lean manufacturing transformations in multiple industries.

As a humanitarian, he has led and supported multiple disaster relief efforts throughout the globe and innovated in partnership with peer agencies.

Rigoberto’s experience combines distribution operations, entrepreneurship, e-commerce, online marketplace platforms, aggregated supply chains and finance. He has led investments in companies and initiatives aimed at increasing access to financial services for under-served markets in the Americas. He speaks Spanish and English fluently, has worked in multiple countries in the Americas, Europe, Africa and Southeast Asia. He is a graduate of Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and the National University of Honduras where he obtained a dual degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering.

Joe Parker

Mr. Joe Parker

Business Development Manager, Industrial Refrigeration

Joe Parker started his career in the United States Marines where he served 7 years active duty and deployed around the world.  While in the Marines Joe began studying HVAC&R.  When he left the Marines in ’99 he attended Ferris State University for HVAC&R Engineering Technology.  Joe has served in nearly every role one could have and on both the mechanical and controls side of the business.

Joe came to work at Bitzer NA in February of 2021 as the Business Development Manager, Industrial Refrigeration.  One year into that role Joe took on the role as National Sales Manager for VaCom which includes Sales, Application Engineering/Estimating and Service.  Joe is currently a Director on the RETA-TI Steering Committee for RedWhiteandCool.

Mr. Jeff Henness

Chief Electrical & Controls Engineer

Jeff Henness has been with VaCom Technologies since 2011 when he joined as a Sr Controls Engineer. Throughout his career with the company he has designed, implemented, and commissioned a broad range of refrigeration controls and equipment. As Chief Electrical & Controls Engineer he and his team are responsible for the design of all standard panel and custom control solutions delivered by VaCom.

Jeff’s experience before joining VaCom is 15 years of industrial automation, process control, and test development fields. The work ranged from laboratory bench prototypes through large scale integrated manufacturing equipment with integrated hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic control systems and included both research (government and private) as well as production applications.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Engineering from California Polytechnic State University (CalPoly) San Luis Obispo.

Nasser Karimzadeh

Nasser Karimzadeh, P.E.

Chief Industrial Refrigeration Engineer

Nasser Karimzadeh is a veteran of Industrial Refrigeration & Mechanical system design with over 40 years of experience in the Food Industry. He has a Bachelor and Masters in both Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration. He is a license Professional Licensed Engineer in 38 States, a Certified Energy Engineer, and Certified Licensed Plumbing Engineer. He has a diverse engineering experience as Plant Engineer for Nestle, Corporate Utility Engineer for Sara Lee, and VP of Engineering for Tyson Food. He has also worked for several large national refrigeration & mechanical contractors and international Engineering & Construction firms such as Fluor Daniel and Design Group. He has also served in IIAR as Board of Directors and RETA, ASME, and ASHRAE committee & Standards as well.

Mr. Doug Jeric

Mr. Doug Jeric

Financial Controller

Doug Jeric assumed the role of Controller at VaCom Technologies in June 2018, bringing with him experience in financial management, strategy, and operations. His diverse background primarily encompasses industrial, manufacturing, and construction markets. With a career spanning over 20 years in finance and accounting, Doug has held positions in both U.S. and International corporations, predominantly within mid-size markets.

Prior to joining VaCom, Doug held management and finance roles at Hill-Phoenix walk-in coolers. Additionally, he provided interim and project Controller/CFO services with DLC, an Addison Group Company, supporting oil and gas, medical technology, and manufacturing industries in the Los Angeles area. Doug also held positions of increasing responsibility at Amada Weld-Tech.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Doug is an avid outdoors enthusiast who appreciates the joys of travel. He holds a Master’s degree from the Drucker School of Management at the Claremont Graduate University and a Bachelor’s degree in business with a major in Accounting from the University of Toledo.

Mr. Chad Forsythe

Operations Manager

Chad Forsythe is the Operations Manager for VaCom Technologies, he has been with VaCom Technologies for over 17 years; Currently oversees the fabrication, programming, installation and commissioning departments. Chad has been involved with programming, installation and commissioning of project over many years with VaCom, most of the time as the field manager, managing the installation and commissioning of the industrial refrigeration control projects.

Chad has experience in the electrical industry from Electronic technician, Electrician, Instrumentation to Electrical Engineering. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from University of California Riverside (UCR).  Chad has worked on designing power distribution systems to control systems during various times in his career.

Chad was a member of the Siemens User Council and Steering committee for industrial PLC’s from 1997 to 2003.
